What is Full Service River Tubing?
Full service river tubing includes parking, transportation to and from the river, tubes, life jackets, and towel service at pick-up. We'll rig your cooler up in a tube so you can bring along your favorite snacks and drinks. Enjoy the sights of quaint Conway, Massachusetts during your transport ride to the start of your float. Relax and unwind on a pristine 3.5 miles of lazy river floating.

River tubing excursions with Deerfield River Portage are a great way to spend quality time floating with family and friends. A wonderful day trip, a neat date idea for couples, or a fun activity to keep the kids occupied during summer vacation, DRP is sure to please. Our motto is, "have fun and call when you're done. Where are you located?
We are located at the intersection of 116 (South Deerfield Road) and Roaring Brook Road in Conway, MA. Please look for a green and white check-in tent in our parking area. We look forward to welcoming you to Deerfield River Portage, home of our full service river tubing excursions.

Full Service River Tubing

$72 per person for adults
$62 for youth (age 10-17)

Packing List:

sunscreen,
sturdy footwear that can get wet (old sneakers work best!),
a hard plastic cooler with snacks & drinks, 
t-shirt(s) in a ziplock in your cooler (if you get chilly easily), and a
cellphone in 3-4 ziplock layers in your cooler.

Make your reservation now (call/text 413-282-7678) with your name, phone number, email address, zip code, group size (number of adults and number of youths 10-17), and preferred reservation time and date. Please indicate if this will be your first time visting our company and that everyone in your party knows how to swim.

Our minimum age is 10 years old. Please contact us for an update if your child is between 7-9 years old and you've floated with us in previous years.

Life-jackets will be provided. Everyone in your group must know how to swim. No exceptions.

Water Levels

Typically, TransCanada releases have minimal impact on the water level from Bardwell's Ferry.  

We strongly encourage everyone to be safe on the river. Know how to swim. Never enter the water if you can't swim. Wear a life jacket. Wear sunscreen. Pack snacks and bring drinking water. Wear river shoes or sturdy sandals/old sneakers. Use double or triple Ziplocks to protect cellphones. Employ sensible decision making. 

In an effort to keep the river nice for all users, we will take all trash and recyclables that you bring to us. Please don't leave trash in the river!
